I would give 10 stars if I could! My BF and I decided to look for a home in Phoenix this year (Labor Day Weekend) & Akash was the best! We are from CA so we came in for the weekend & were able to visit great home options. Akash is knowledgeable & such a pleasure to be around. He made the home hunting journey a lot more fun! We were able to find a home we really liked and put in an offer. Akash was up to speed on the market so he knew we would have to be aggressive with our offer. We ended up against 12 offers!!! With his knowledge and character, he was able to get us the win! He was great guidance throughout the process and took off a lot of the anxiety as a first-time homebuyer. Akash and the Kaushals were amazingly helpful, wonderfully communicative and on top of the real estate market from start to finish (and beyond!) for our first time home purchase. Akash sent out properties that were not only in our price range, but also fit our style and location! When it came time to place our bid on the property, we WON, beating out three other offers, because Akash coached us to make the most competitive offer. Throughout the whole process Akash was only ever a phone call away. He treated us like we were his only clients (though we know he was balancing more).
