Akash...where to start. He is literally the best in the business, of all places to find him he reached out to me on Instagram because I put out a post about looking for a realtor. He took me to look at my first property and was the nicest most laid back guy. This is my first property I was buying and I’m a young girl so i was nervous about the area, he walked around with me chatted with neighbors to get a better feel for the place, definitely went above and beyond. He took me to tons of properties to look at until I found the one I loved. He’s been an absolute gem, always on top of things, on time and any issues he always works to resolve them. He even offered to help move my boxes on move in day. If you’re looking for a trustworthy genuine and hard working realtor Akash is the guy! Won’t use anyone else!

I would give 10 stars if I could! My BF and I decided to look for a home in Phoenix this year (Labor Day Weekend) & Akash was the best! We are from CA so we came in for the weekend & were able to visit great home options. Akash is knowledgeable & such a pleasure to be around. He made the home hunting journey a lot more fun! They got our home on the market in less than 24 hours and wrote a contingency offer and sold our home in a very short time needed to buy the home we wanted.
